COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Prize
The Prize (“Prize”) is flights for two adults flying Premium Economy return from Vancouver, Los Angeles, Houston, San Francisco, or Chicago to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Queenstown on Air New Zealand operated services.
By entering to win A Pair Of Roundtrip Flights To New Zealand (‘Competition’) and by accepting the “Prize”, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition will run at the PGA Show 2024 from 8:30 am, Tuesday, 24 January to 12:00 pm, Friday, 26 January 2024 (“Competition Period”)
- To enter the Competition and have a chance to win the Prize you must have your PGA Show 2024 pass scanned by a representative of Golf In New Zealand Limited.
- The Competition is not open to employees of Golf In New Zealand Limited, their families, agents and affiliates.
- There is one (1) Prize to be won. Minimum age for the Competition entry is eighteen (18) years.
- Travel must be commenced and completed by 30 Apr 2025 The winner and guest must travel together. Travel is on Air New Zealand (086) operated services only. All ticket taxes, airport and government costs are at the traveller’s expense. Travel during New Zealand Public or School Holidays is strictly limited and is subject to availability. Blackout periods are 10 December – 01 February. Bookings must be requested at least 3 months before the proposed departure date. Stopovers are not permitted. Once ticketed, any changes will be at the traveller’s own expense and is subject to the terms & conditions of the fare used.
- An original Certificate must be produced to process ticketing. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included; including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance, and all other incidentals. The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize winners are responsible for checking all country entry and vaccination requirements. Passports and visas are the responsibility of the prize winner. Travel is not eligible for any frequent flyer Airpoints Dollars/Status points accrual, upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status. - The Prize winner for the Competition will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the Competition Period, and announced on this website page within seven-days (7) following the winner confirming their acceptance of the Prize. The exact timing of the draw and announcement of the winner is at the discretion of Golf In New Zealand Limited.
- The first entry randomly drawn will win the prize (“Prize Draw”).
- The Prize winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the scan of the winners PGA Show 2024 pass.
- The prize winner will have seven-days (7) to reply to the Congratulations email and accept the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within the aforementioned period, Golf In New Zealand Limited reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and announce a new winner. The seven-day (7) period will also apply to the re-drawn winner.
General
- The Promoter is Golf In New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”)
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Competition and to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
- If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining all necessary insurance and other things necessary to benefit from the Prize.
- All Competition entries become the property of the Promoter.
- You agree that, if you are the Prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter without remuneration, and you agree that you must make yourself available for this purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other person or party associated with this Competition shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss or damage), including personal injury suffered as a result of, or arising in connection with, the Competition or winning (or not winning) the Prize.
- By entering the Competition, you agree to receive further information regarding Golf In New Zealand Limited about its products, services, and other offerings (including by electronic message, including email and text message) using your contact details.
- Any words including, include, or any similar expression, shall be construed as as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.
- The Promoters decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter’s failure to assert it’s rights in relation to any breach of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such rights, nor will any such waiver be implied.
