Hogan Gully
Hogan Gully is an upcoming golf development in Arrowtown, occupying a remarkable site within the glacial basin that has shaped many of the region’s finest courses. The project combines the local knowledge of Greg Turner with the architectural influence of Gil Hanse, whose recent work has earned recognition among the most respected modern designs in golf.
The landscape is quintessential Central Otago — undulating terrain, schist outcrops, natural valleys and expansive mountain views. Distinctive features, including large erratic boulders left behind by ancient glacial movement, contribute to a setting that feels both dramatic and entirely natural.

A significant new addition to the Arrowtown Basin and Queenstown's first golf course designed by an internationally acclaimed golf architect.

The proposed clubhouse at Hogan Gully is being designed by renowned New Zealand architect Andrew Patterson.
While the course remains under development, anticipation is high. Preview play is anticipated in late 2027 to early 2028. The combination of land, location and design expertise suggests a thoughtful addition to the Arrowtown golf landscape.
