Just over an hour north of Auckland and set amongst native bush overlooking the Matakana coastline, Bluestone Estate is a private collection of three distinctive residences, available individually or together for families and groups.
The Residence (Main House) includes a swimming pool, tennis court and expansive grounds, while the Boat House and Farmhouse each offer their own special character and setting.
With space, privacy and the coast on the doorstep, days can be easily spent at the estate or exploring the surrounding area. Matakana Village and Tāwharanui Beach are nearby, while Te Arai Links, with its two internationally acclaimed golf courses, is within easy reach.

The Matakana Coast brings together a warm coastal climate, beautiful beaches, native forest, vineyards, good food and a relaxed way of life. Matakana Village and its surrounds are known for the farmers’ market, local producers, craft breweries and restaurants, while Tāwharanui Regional Park has some of New Zealand’s most beautiful coastline. Nearby islands and marine reserves offer plenty to explore, with some of New Zealand’s finest golf also found along this stretch of coast.
